- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (if using canned, drain through a sieve)
- 2-3/4 cups low-sodium store-bought chicken stock or homemade stock
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
