Receta Quick Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1 c. blueberries, fresh or possibly thawed, frzn or possibly canned, well liquid removed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 T salad oil
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Sift dry ingredients together. Beat egg. Add in lowfat milk and oil. Pour into flour mix and stir till batter is smooth. Put into oiled 8 x 8 x 2 inch square pan or possibly 8 x 1 1/2 inch round pan. Add in lemon juice to blueberries. Scatter over batter.Prepare Streusel Topping by working ingredients into crumbly mix. Sprinkle over blueberries. Bake about 40 min. Serve warm or possibly cold. 8 servings.
