Receta Quick Omelette and Sausage Breakfast
This is one of the very fast breakfast that my kid can make for me :)
Ingredientes
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup full cream milk
- 3 Fresh basil leaves
- 1 small Onions
- 1 Green bell peppers (optional)
- 1-2 medium tomatoes (optional)
- canola oil
Direcciones
- Chop all ingredients. Diced is fine too.
- Heat the pan and put some canola oil in.
- Saute all ingredients except for eggs and milk.
- While it gently suates, beat the eggs and pour in milk.
- Once all ingredients are half-cooked, pour in the egg mixture and gently toss in the pan.
- Once all eggs are cooked, place it on a plate and serve with choice of sausage and toast.
