Receta Quick Tomato Chutney
Ingredientes
- Serves: 1.5 cups
- about a pound of tomatoes (mine was a bit more than a pound)
- ¾ of a white onion
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon allspice
- Peel the onion and cut into quarters. Pulse in the processor just enough to get chopped up pieces. (do not make onion juice)
