- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup Monterrey jack & sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 whole grain buns
- Sweet Potato Fries
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into thin 1/2-inch thick strips
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt, generously sprinkled over top
