Receta Raspberry~Chipotle Baked Chicken Wings
Perfect for an outdoor picnic, BBQ, pool party, beach party any occasion. Incredibly flavorful! A great appetizer.
Ingredientes
- 20 Chicken Wings
- One Chipotle in adobo sauce (chopped finely)
- 16 ounces Fresh Raspberries (Can use frozen if necessary)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- one teaspoon black pepper
Direcciones
- Pre Heat Oven 400 F
- In a saucepan add raspberries, chipotle pepper pieces, sugar and cook on medium high heat, stir well as fruit breaks down remove from heat source and pour through a mesh sieve over a bowl (discard seeds).
- Using a non stick baking dish add chicken wings and raspberry-chipotle sauce, mix to combine, add black pepper, cover with aluminum foil and bake 40 minutes
- Serve with your favorite side dishes.
