- 1/2 cup water (as needed)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 4 drops Medicine Flower Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest or 1 drop Medicine Flower Lemon Extract
- 1/4 cup raw honey (or your favorite sweetener)
- 1 Tbsp ground golden flax seed
- 2 Tbsp almond flour (or almond pulp)
- pinch sea salt
- Cream Filling
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut, finely ground
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, or 3 drops Medicine Flower Vanilla Extract
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice or 1 drop Medicine Flower Lemon Extract
- 1 - 3 Tbsp water (as needed to thin)
- 2 Tbsp honey (or your favorite liquid sweetener) to taste
