Receta Red Beans & Rice with Andouille Sausage {Crockpot}
Ingredientes
- 1 lb. Cajun style Andouille sausages, diced
- 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained and rinced
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes (with onions and green peppers)
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup of uncooked rice (4 cups of cooked rice)
- 2 cups stock (I used chicken stock)
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (I used Tony Chachere’s)
