- 2Â 1/2 lb red cabbage sliced thin
- 1 c. dry apricots minced
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- Â Â Salt to taste

- In a 4-qt or possibly larger crock pot, combine cabbage and apricots. In a small bowl, mix honey and juice; drizzle over cabbage mix. Pour in wine. Cover crock pot and cook LOW till cabbage is very tender (5 1/2 to 6 1/2 hrs.) Season to taste with salt.
