Receta Red Pepper & Almonds Pasta Sauce
Ingredientes
- Pasta - 8oz. (any shape & size pasta will work, I used Spinach Rotini here)
- Peppers - 2~3 medium, chopped (I used a combination of red, green & orange)
- Red Onion - 1 medium, chopped
- Almonds - ½cup (I used slivered almonds)
- Tomato puree - ½cup
- Garlic - 3~4 cloves, crushed
- Basil - ¼cup (or use 2tsp dried basil)
- Red Chili flakes - ½~1tsp (optional)
- Salt & Pepper - to taste
