Receta Rice Cooker Mexican Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1Â 1/2 c. Uncooked Rice
- 1/2 x Onion, minced
- 2 x Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 can Stewed Tomatoes
- 3Â 1/4 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Chicken Bouillon Granules
Direcciones
- In a skillet over medium heat saute/fry rice in extra virgin olive oil till lightly browned. Add in onion, garlic and cumin. Cook 1 minute. Add in tomatoes and cook till liquid is absorbed. Put rice mix into rice cooker. Add in water and chicken bouillon and turn unit on. Cook till unit turns off or possibly rice is done.
