Receta Rice Pilaf
This is a great recipe for hot summers. A very light dish if you just want to try it alone.

Ingredientes
- 1 cup diced red onions
- 3 tbsp melte butter
- 1 1/2 cups halved red grapes (seedless)
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 2 tsbp white or regular balsaic vinegar
- 2 (8.5oz) pouches ready to serve basmasti rice
- 3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
Direcciones
- saute red onion in melted butter in a large skillet over medium - high heat until tender
- stir in grapes, crandberries, and balsamic vinegar
- stir in basmati rice, toasted pecans, parsley, and salt
- stirring often not to stick and thoroughtly heated
