Receta Rich Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Promise ultra fat free margarine
- 3/4 c. Dutch-process unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Skim lowfat milk
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3Â 1/2 c. Powdered sugar, sifted
Direcciones
- 1. In a small bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the margarine and the cocoa on medium speed till the mix is well combined (it will appear dry and crumbly).
- 2. Turn off the mixer. Add in the lowfat milk and vanilla to the bowl. Set the mixer on medium-low and mix till combined (the mix will appear thick, like clay).
- 3. Add in the sugar in three parts. (The first c. of sugar will make the mix thinner and appear runny. Don't worry, the frosting will thicken and become spreadable as you continue adding the sugar.) Mix till smooth and creamy and spread on cooled cak e.
