Receta Roast Beef in Foil - Crockpot
This ridiculously easy prep roast turned out very tender and produced a delicious au jus. I roasted some root veggies to go with it. Yum!
Ingredientes
- 3-4 lb. chuck roast
- 1 packet Beefy Onion Dry Soup mix
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- aluminum foil
- opt: 2-3 T beef broth
Direcciones
- Sprinkle the seasonings on the roast (both sides) and wrap it well in foil.
- Place in the crockpot on high for 6 hours, or low for 8.
- When time is up, remove from the crockpot and let sit an hour.
- Unwrap and let cool slightly.
- Discard fat and taste for saltiness.
- If too salty add the broth.
- Serve as entrée or make sandwiches.
