Receta Roasted Garden Tomato Sauce
Ingredientes
- 2 lbs tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 medium onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6-8 tablespoons beef broth
- 1/3 cup herbs (I usually do about 1/4 cup basil, 1/2 tablespoon minced rosemary, 1 tablespoon minced oregano)
- Additional salt and pepper
- optional if needed: 1/2 – 2 teaspoons sugar, balsamic vinegar
- For roasted garlic
- 1 head garlic
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
