Receta Roasted Mushroom with Thyme, Garlic and Butter
This is nice side dish or appetizer. We also have this as nibbles when having drinks :)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 kilo button mushrooms, cleaned
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme, chopped/or dried is fine
- 1 tbsp lemon/calamansi juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Oil a shallow non-stick pan with canola oil.
- Saute mushrooms in and add salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Place on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in a preheated 400F/200C oven until they start to caramelize, about 20 minutes, mixing half way through.
- Melt the butter over medium heat until it starts to brown.
- Remove from heat and mix in the garlic, thyme and lemon juice.
- Toss the roasted mushrooms in the butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot or even on a sizzling plate!
