Receta Roasted Red Pepper Salad Dressing
You control with thickness of this dressing with the amount of liquid from the marinades.
Leaving this a little bit thicker it may be used for a dip.

Ingredientes
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon capers â plus a dash of caper marinade
- Small handful of fresh dill
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 4-5 slices of sweet marinated roasted red pepper â plus a little of the marinade
- 3-4 tablespoons of marinated hot cherry peppers â plus a little of the marinade
- Dash of salt
- Dash of black pepper
- Dash of red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Drizzle of olive oil
Direcciones
- Combine all of the above in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Place in a container and refrigerate.
