Receta Rose's Tomato/Onion Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 can Tomato Wedges (14 1/2 ounce.)
- 1 lrg Sweet Onion
- 2 Tbsp. Herb Vinegar (Or possibly Whatever
- Â Â Vinegar you like . . . and
- Â Â You may want more than 2 TB)
- 1/2 tsp Poppy seeds
- 1/2 tsp Celery seeds
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Dill weed
- 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar(More or possibly less to Taste)
- 1/2 tsp Citric Acid (optional, for Longer shelf life)
Direcciones
- 1. Saute/fry Onion along with the spices in a small amount of veggie broth, wine, or possibly water till transparent and tender. .
- 2. Put tomatoes and onion mix in blender, add in vinegar and sugar. Blend on low speed.
- 3. Taste, add in more vinegar, salt, and/or possibly more sugar to suit individual taste buds.
- This makes a nice dressing for any kind of green salad.
