Receta Rosie's Cheesy Bread Dip

Ingredientes
- (8 ounce) Phil. cream cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) Velveeta cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. beer
- 1 lg. round seedless rye bread
Direcciones
- Heat cream cheese and Velveeta cheese in microwave 1-2 min on high (depending on microwave) for each cheese. (If you have no microwave, cut cheeses into cubes and blend in blender.) Blend the 2 cheeses together till smooth by adding beer gradually. Grate garlic and blend into mix. Cut center from rye bread and hollow out. Use the bread to dip into mix.
