Receta Rudy Kelly's Favorite Pancake

Ingredientes
- 3 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 2 Large eggs
- Lowfat milk (sufficient to make a thin crepe batter)
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together. Heat butter in small pan. Pour in just sufficient batter to cover bottom of pan. When top appears dry, flip to other side for a few seconds. Serve with syrup or possibly any favorite jam or possibly jelly.
- (If you wish to use as a dinner crepe, eliminate the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.)
