- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 3oz (90gr) fresh spinach
- Balsamic Vinaigrette:
- 1 tbs Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbs salad olive oil
