Ingredientes
- 1 (2 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 5 or possibly 6 carrots, sliced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 1 heaping tbsp. paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt or possibly to taste
Direcciones
- Fry onions in butter. Add in carrots, pepper, paprika and salt till all is simmering. Add in chicken, stir up till everything is simmering. Cover very tightly so no moisture escapes. Cook on stove top or possibly oven for one hour or possibly low crock pot all day.
