This dish is quick and easy and serves like a gourmet dinner. Delicious!!!!

Ingredientes

  • Slab of salmon
  • Bottle of furikake (crushed seawood from the asian store)
  • 1 1/2 cup of Yoshida sauce
  • Wasabe to taste

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. generously sprinkle furikake to cover salmon
  3. Bake 20 minutes
  4. Heat Yoshida sauce and pour over salmon
  5. Mix wasabe and mayo in a ziploc bag
  6. Poke a hole in a corner and drizzle over salmon

    This was a surprising treat. Though I lived in Japan for two years and we eat Furikake on rice frequently, I didn't expect this to taste as good as it does. It is really flavorful and super easy. You can pick up a jar of Furikake at any Asian supermarket...possibly even a local market if you have an Asian population in your neighborhood.

      This doesn't sound amazing, but it is! Our whole family really enjoyed it. Definitely serve it with white or brown rice.

        This is something my family has loved for a few years now. I've always baked the salmon with the mayo mix already spread on. Sprinkling on the furikake on top of the mayo before or after baking depends if my wife or I make it.
