Ingredientes
- 400g salted cheese
- 100g pumpkin seeds
- pepper
- 250g ruccola
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 1 little sugar
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 5 olive oil
Direcciones
- 1.Cut the cheese in four slices equal.
- 2.Chop big pumpkin seeds.
- 3.In a plate put the cheese,and,above the pumpkin seeds and pepper.
- 4.Mix the vinegar with sugar,oil.
- 5.Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half.
- 6.Mix the ruccola leafs wih cherry tomatoes and vinegrette,put near cheese and serve.
