Receta Sassy Sugar Snap Peas n' Broccoli Saute
Fast, flavoricious, and figure friendly! Great side dish or satisying vegetarian meal!
Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. sugar snap peas
- 1 1lb. fresh or frozen cut broccoli, if frozen, thawed and drained, patted dry
- 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- splash of rice wine
- olive oil for drizzling
- Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper
Direcciones
- In a medium saute pan over medium high heat, drizzle pan with olive oil and add sugar snap peas. Saute for about 30 seconds and add broccoli. Saute until tender crisp, about 3 minutes. Add hoisin, brown sugar and fish sauce and saute for about 30 seconds more. Add a splash of rice wine to de-glaze and remove from heat. Toss to coat and season to taste.
