Direcciones

  1. - Chicken breast fillets. Cut into Strips then marinated with soy, turmeric, garlic and oil. Thread chicken pieces onto the skewers. (soak the skewers in water for a few minutes first)
  2. - Heat the pan then added oil and grill the chicken with medium heat for about 6 minutes, tuning it at 3 minutes. (Make sure you check the chicken if its cooked.)
  3. - Satay sauce. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the Shallots and garlic and cook until light brown. Add the coconut milk, fish sauce, sambal oelek, brown sugar and sea salt and bring to the boil for a minute. Reduce heat to medium and add the crunchy peanut. Stir and simmer for a few minutes. Add a little lemon juice to finish.
  4. Serve with rice and cucumber
