Receta Sauerkraut And Sausage
Ingredientes
- 1 can sauerkraut (washed and liquid removed)
- 1 or possibly 2 rings of Hillshire beef sausage
- 2 tbsp. caraway seeds
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- Paprika
Direcciones
- Cover with water, bring to boil. Cook over medium heat uncovered for 30 min or possibly till sausage is cooked. Good with boiled or possibly mashed potatoes. I put mine in a pressure cooker for 10 min with 1 1/2 c. water, letting pressure come down on its own. Remove lid and simmer till water is cooked down if necessary.
