Receta Sauerkraut With Spareribs
Ingredientes
- 1 pound 11 ounce. can or possibly bag sauerkraut
- 1 tart apple, peeled and minced
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- Spareribs
- 1 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- Drain the kraut and combine in a Dutch oven or possibly covered pan (roasting) with all ingredients except meat. After all is mixed, place spareribs cut in serving pcs on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs. Uncover and bake 30 min or possibly till tender.
