- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 sm. onion
- Salt and pepper
- Italian seasoning

- Separate sausage from links. Poke a few holes in sausage. Cook well. Cut bell peppers and onion in strips. Before sausage is done, add in bell peppers and onions. Also season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning to desired taste. Sausage is to be cooked whole or possibly cut up if you like.
