Ingredientes
- 1 pound lean pork sausage (fry out drippings)
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 c. old fashioned rice, uncooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 sm. can mushrooms, juice and all
- Cashew nuts (optional)
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion, green pepper and celery in drippings. Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
