Receta Sausage And Salsa Con Queso

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound mild Italian sausage
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. thick and chunky salsa
- 1 pound pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
- 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 2 T minced fresh cilantro (optional)
Direcciones
- Cook sausage, bell pepper and onion in frying pan till sausage is brown and crumbly, breaking up sausage into very small pcs with wooden spoon. Drain. Add in remaining ingredients, cook over low heat, stirring frequently; till cheese is melted. Put in serving bowl and if desired sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with vegetables or possibly chips. Makes 3 3/4 cups.
