Receta Sausage Cheese Brunch Dish

Ingredientes
- 3 c. "Brownberry Oven" Seasoned Croutons
- 1 pound bulk sausage (browned and liquid removed) (I use turkey)
- 4 Large eggs, lightly beaten with 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Note: Sausage and croutons provide seasonings.
- In a lightly greased 9x13 pan, layer croutons, sausage and cheese.
- Pour the egg/lowfat milk mix over the top and let set overnight.
- Next day: Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1 c. lowfat milk and spread over the top.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Let set 5 min. Cut and serve.
