Receta Sausage, Peppers And Pasta

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. warm or possibly mild Italian sausage, cut into 2 inch chunks
- 2 c. minced onions
- 1 1/2 c. red peppers
- 1 1/2 c. green peppers
- 1 c. marinara sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 pound pasta fully cooked and liquid removed
Direcciones
- Put sausage in 3-qt microwave-safe bowl covered. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 9 min, stirring twice. Should be hard to the touch when done. Drain well.
- Stir in onions, peppers, sauce and basil; cover and microwave on high 8-10 min, stirring once till onions and peppers are tender. Stir some cooked sauce into pasta to moisten and color. Serve sausage pepper mix over pasta. Serves 6.
