Receta Sausage, Red Pepper and Red Bean Salad
Ingredientes
- 6 sausages, 10oz total weight, (300gr)
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut into sticks
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 8oz (240gr) red beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup green olives, sliced
- 2oz (60gr) Gruyère cheese, cubed
- handful fresh oregano leaves, removed from stems but left whole
- Salad greens for 2 large salads, I had a mix of red, spinach and Romaine
- Vinaigrette:
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs Dijon-style mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbs sherry vinegar
- 3 tbs salad olive oil
