Receta Sausage Stuffed Apples

Ingredientes
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 tbsp. minced onions
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 apples
Direcciones
- Cook sausage and onions till sausage is no longer pink. Cut 1/2 inch slice from top apple core, remove apple pulp leaving 1/2 shell. Chop apple pulp, add in sausage with raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fill apples with sausage mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Makes 4 servings.
