Receta Sausage Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound bulk sausage
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 6 lg. potatoes, baked
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Brown meat and drain. Add in green pepper and onion; cook till tender. Cut lengthwise, slice from top of each potato, scoop out centers leaving 1/8 inch shell.
- Mash potatoes and add in lowfat milk. Beat lightly till fluffy, stir in meat mix and cheese. Fill shells and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
- Serves 6.
