Receta Sauteed Artichokes With Garlic And Rosemary

Ingredientes
- 8 lrg Globe artichokes
- 4 Tbsp. Extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Garlic cloves peeled, left whole
- 1/2 c. Dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh parsley
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Trim artichokes to tender leaves, quarter and remove choke. Boil in salt water till just tender, about 6 to 7 min. Refresh in ice water.
- In a 12- to 14-inch saute/fry pan, heat oil till smoking. Add in garlic and artichokes and saute/fry till light golden and slightly crusty. Add in wine and cook till almost evaporated. Add in rosemary and parsley, season with salt and pepper and serve.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
