Receta Savory Baked Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/4 c. seedless raisins
- 1/2 c. minced apple, peeled
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. prepared bread stuffing
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 8 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
- 8 thick slices Spanish onion
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Toss butter, onion, parsley, raisins, apple, water, and bread stuffing. Heat shortening in skillet, brown chops on both sides. Place in a flat baking dish. Top each with 1 slice onion and a mound of stuffing. Cover and bake 25 min. Serves 6 to 8.
