Receta Savory Cabbage Rolls

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 med. onion, minced
- Dash pepper & garlic salt
- 10 cabbage leaves
Direcciones
- Combine beef, rice, 3/4 c. tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Drop cabbage leaves in boiling water till limp; drain. Spoon meat mix onto leaves and roll each leaf around meat turning ends under, place in baking dish. Pour remaining tomatoes over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min. Serve with catsup or possibly warm sauce.
