- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 cup (packed) roughly chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 oz. kalamata olives, pitted and roughly chopped
