Receta Savory Turkey Meatloaf Florentine

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb Grnd turkey
- 1/2 c. Cream of Wheat
- 1/2 c. Egg substitute
- 1/2 c. Ketchup
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Dry basil leaves
- 1 pkt (10 ounce) minced spinach, thawed, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Minced red pepper
- 1/4 c. Chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Country-style Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
Direcciones
- In large bowl, thoroughly combine turkey, cereal, egg substitute, ketchup, garlic and basil. Stir in spinach, pepper and onion. Shape into 9x4-inch loaf. Place in greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
- Blend mustard and honey; brush over meatloaf. Bake 15-25 min more or possibly till internal temperature reaches 165 . Let stand 10 min before slicing.
