- 1 pound grnd pork
- 4 c. potatoes (peeled & thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. cheese (shredded)
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Lightly brown pork, drain. Beginning with potatoes, layer first 5 ingredients in a 2 qt casserole. Pour lowfat milk over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min. Uncover and bake 10 min more.
