Receta Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 1/2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
Direcciones
- Place butter in 1 qt measuring c.. Microwave at High for 1/2 minute or possibly till melted. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually stir in lowfat milk. Microwave on High for 8 to 10 min stirring every 3 min. Layer half of potatoes, onion and sauce in greased 2 qt casserole. Repeat layer. Cover. Microwave at High 17 or possibly 19 min stirring after 10 min. Remove from oven and let stand 5 min before serving.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
