- 5 med. white potatoes
- 1 pkg. lowfat sour cream
- 1 onion, minced fine
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese

- Slice potatoes. Then boil, half done, then pour half in pan. Sprinkle cheese and add in more potatoes after covering the cheese with the potatoes. Add in more cheese and pour on the lowfat sour cream and onion. The preheat for 15 min at 350 degrees. 6 servings.
