Receta Scalloped Potatoes Delight

Ingredientes
- 6-8 potatoes (size depends on amount you want to make)
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Slice potatoes and set aside in water. Mix soup and lowfat milk together till well blended. Butter the bottom and sides of a deep casserole dish then layer using the following method:
- 1 layer potatoes
- 1 layer soup mix (sufficient to cover potatoes)
- Salt and pepper lightly
- Sprinkle cinnamon lightly
- 1 layer Cheddar cheese
- Continue with this till dish is full ending with a layer of cheese. Cover and cook at 350 till potatoes are tender, about 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. Stir potatoes during cooking.
