Receta Scallops With Horseradish Dill Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. store-bought creamy horseradish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
- 1/4 c. minced sweet pickles
- 2 Tbsp. capers rinsed, liquid removed
- Â Â Extra virgin olive oil spray as needed
- 8 x skewers soaked in water
- Â Â for at least 20 min
- 1/4 lb thinly-slice prosciutto
- 20 lrg sea scallops
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a small serving bowl, mix mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, lime juice, 2 Tbsp. of dill, pickles and capers. Set aside.
- Mist cool grill with extra virgin olive oil spray and preheat.
- Cut prosciutto into 25 pcs and thread onto skewers alternatively with scallops.
- Spread extra virgin olive oil in shallow dish and mix with remaining 1 Tbsp. dill. Dip skewers into oil mix, coating thoroughly. Salt and pepper scallops, to taste.
- Grill skewers 1 1/2 to 2 min, depending on scallop size. Serve with horseradish sauce.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
