Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar (white)
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. walnuts (opt.)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Heat over warm water 1 small package chocolate chips together with shortening. Beat Large eggs with sugar till thick. Add in flour with baking pwdr and salt. Add in chocolate mix and 1 tsp. vanilla and blend well. Add in optional walnuts (minced fine). Grease 8 x 8 inch pan; cut wax paper to fit, then grease paper. Pour mix and bake 20 to 25 min at 375 degrees. Cold and slice.
