Ingredientes
- 500g Hor Fun (Rice Noodle)
- 50g Fish cake - sliced
- 100g White fish - sliced, season with some salt, pepper & corn flour
- 10 Large prawns - cleaned and deveined, season with salt & pepper
- 1 Squid - cut to small pieces, season with salt & pepper
- 200g Cai xin - ï¼èå¿ï¼cut to 2 inches length
- 2 tsp Garlic - chopped
- Sauce Seasoning
- 600ml Water + 1/2 tbsp Concentrated chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- a drop Sesame oil
- Mix sauce seasoning in a cup
