Receta Sesame Beef Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Flank steak - cut into strips
- 1 tsp Five-spice pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 3 x Chopped garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp. Grated ginger
- 1 c. Sliced red bell pepper
- 1 c. Sliced yellow bell pepper
- 2 c. Baby bok choy - sliced
- 1/2 c. Beef broth
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Arrowroot / cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds
Direcciones
- Directions: In a small bowl, combine the flank steak with the five spice pwdr. Let stand for 30 min. In a large wok or possibly saute/fry pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and sesame oil. Add in the garlic cloves and ginger. Stir fry 1 minute then add in the steak. Cook for 3-4 min, stirring often. Add in the red and yellow bell peppers and bok choy. Cook for 1 minute to slightly wilt the vegetables. In a small bowl, stir together the beef broth, soy sauce and arrowroot. Add in the liquid mix to the wok and cook till slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the sesame seeds. Serve with steamed rice.* Five Spice pwdr can be found in the Asian spice section of your supermarket.
