Shahi Tukda or Shahi Tukra is a all time favorite at my home. And am sure once you try it you will definately enjoy it too. It is made by roasting the sweet bread slices in ghee then topped with a thick rabdi and garnished with dry fruits. You can also use Milk bread to make Shahi Tukda. A truly rich bread pudding!
